Take a trip, if you can. Take photos, too. Live in the moment. Forget about work and schedules and deadlines. Take in the scenery. Open yourself up to new people. Explore. Be inspired by everything and everyone. Be aware of your senses. Eat when you're hungry. Forget deodorant. Put your feet in the ocean, never mind that it's cold. Make friends with grocery store workers. Be free. Don't be too hard on yourself. Remember this day. Revel in it. Be grateful.
