There are days when the pedestrians that haunt Hollywood Blvd cause me to flee for quieter/calmer/saner locales.

But in just the right mood (provided by Beyoncé’s Formation on endless repeat, blasting from my phone), with just the right subject (Holly Redden), the mix of nutters and weirdos and cultists and tourists and creepers and commuters and workers is utterly perfect for a shoot that is also two people meeting for the first time that is also a show for everyone around us.
