This series was shot in the cities of Jaipur and Jaiselmer in Rajasthan, India. I was very drawn to all the vibrant hues and an intersection of culture and heritage all around me. These photos are a selection of my favorite memories, ranging from kaleidoscopic night festivals in Jaipur to the golden glow of the buildings in the city of Jaiselmer.
Harshvardhan Shah is an Artist and Photographer based in New York City and Mumbai. He is currently enrolled at The New School and studying Culture & Media. Most of his work revolves around the themes of South Asian Identity and the LGBTQIA+ community.
