It's not easy to always be struggling between the pull of desired ambition, and a type of overwhelming apathy that consumes your whole self. What is someone supposed to do when he is his own worst enemy? We explored this theme using one man, one apartment, and an inspired artistic team.

Carol Persons is a newly relocated Brooklyn photographer. Originally a conceptual self portrait photographer, Carol transitioned to fashion photography so she could continue to tell stories through photos while working with fellow industry professionals. She draws inspiration from the beauty in the odd and out of place, and applies this to create scenes that turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.
