14 March

Essay 266 • Mar 16th 2018

I have noticed that it is commonly believed teenagers don't care about politics. This past month alone I've seen so many teenagers raise up and do so much to make change. On March fourteenth, thousands of students around the United States walked out of their schools to pay their respects to the victims of the Parkland school shooting. I personally feel honored to witness and to be a part of this change. I strongly believe that my generation will be the one to change our gun laws in the US.
