Summer Never Ends

Essay 72 • Oct 10th 2016

Being born and raised in Miami, I truly do live in a place where summer never ends. I’m fortunate to live in such a unique environment; I felt the need to document it. A couple times a week over the course of four months, I visited different beaches across South Florida and walked up and down the sand for hours. Throughout this process I intended to capture the different people - and pieces - that make up the diverse South Florida beach culture.
