Atmospheres collects dewy reflections of concrete landscapes forgotten amongst slumber. Suspended in time lit only by the frosted lights of a city, Luca Orsi's series is an exercise is minimalism, color, and contrast.
At the age of 18, with his father’s camera in tow, Luca began studying photography shadowing his father on advertising sets, training his eye to continuously observe the world around him.
Through trial and error he learned that telling a story is the most important piece of photography. Aiming to capture the essence of a situation, Luca looks past aesthetic beauty, vying instead to expose truth in a world of lies.
